God inscribed the following words on my heart one day in my quiet time with Him and journaling. It was as if my hand was the pen of a ready writer being led by the Holy Spirit as He profoundly spoke to the parched and unsettled places in my heart. His words brought me great comfort, peace, rest, and an overwhelming assurance of God's love and care for me at a time most needed. Prayerfully and obediently I share His words with you. It is my prayer that Father speaks. Heals. Fills. Consoles. Guides. Affirms. Confirms. Moves. As He wills. Listen...
Receive My love and be free. Stop striving in your own strength. My yoke is easy. My burden is light. I am gentle and lowly in heart. Come to Me you who are weary and carry heavy burdens and I will give you rest.
Receive My love. Let Me perfect it in you so that you can be free. No more striving in your own effort. Make building your relationship with Me your chief aim and I will show you great and mighty things that you do not know. Dreams, purpose, the things you need, and desire will be added to you as you seek first My kingdom and My righteousness.
You are righteous in Me. No good thing will I withhold from those who walk uprightly; in My righteousness.
Don’t you know how much I love you? Stop trying to earn it. Jesus already paid the price. Rest in the finished work of My Son.
My love never goes away. My heart is set on you. I have not changed My mind.
Draw near to Me and I will draw near to You and show you great and mighty things that you do not know. In Me are hidden treasures for you forevermore. Eye has not seen nor ear heard the things that I have in store for those who love Me. Abide in My love. Don’t doubt My love.
Prayer response/prompt: Lord immerse me with Your love so that it saturates the dry places in my heart. Soak the seeds planted so that I produce glorious fruit for Your kingdom.
In Your presence is the fullness of joy. Where Your Spirit is there is freedom. In Your presence, Your love is perfected in me. Fear, anxiety, and worry are cast away. Therefore, I do not cast away my confidence which has great reward. For I have need of endurance so that after I have done Your will, I may receive Your promised rest.
God's love for you is non-negotiable.
Receive it.
Rest in it.
Be kept in it.
